ICMAICMA

The International City/County Management Association (CSU) is the leading association for local government leaders. CSU ICMA was recognized as an official student chapter in April 2017. Beginning this semester, we've been closely collaborating with CSU APA to coordinate a speaker series, organize professional development events, host forums, and most recently, launch a shadowing program.

The purpose of CSU's ICMA chapter is to:

  • Introduce and integrate students to the local government management profession.
  • Familiarize students with ICMA, the premier local government management association, its members, resources, and policies.
  • Establish connections between local government management theories, practices, and applications through tangible and actual examples.

Note: International City/County Management Association (CSU) is recognized by the Ohio City /County Management Association.
