The Levin College of Public Affairs and Education (Levin) provides comprehensive advising and student services assistance to undergraduate and graduate students across Levin programs through our Education Student Services Center (ESSC) and Public Affairs Student Services Center (PASSC). Education Student Services Center (ESSC) 
The Education Student Services Center (ESSC) is prepared to help Education, Counseling, and Adult Learning students via phone, Zoom, or in-person appointments. Please call 216-687-4625 to schedule an appointment. Undergraduate students can also schedule online through Starfish. Graduate students, please check your CSU email to find contact information for your faculty advisor. Email general questions to essc@csuohio.edu.

Public Affairs Student Services Center (PASSC)
The Public Affairs Student Services Center (PASSC) provides advising and support to students in the School of Communication, Department of Criminology and Sociology, and the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs. Students are assisted via zoom, phone, or in-person appointments. Call 216-687-3884 or email passc@csuohio.edu for assistance. Undergraduate students should schedule an appointment with their advisor online via Starfish; graduate students should contact their graduate program advisor directly.
