SPECIAL MATCH REQUESTS: For workplace and special match requests, complete a CEHS petition. For looping requests, an email will be sent to all final year interns during IT1/AT1/Practicum. Contact ofsassistant@csuohio.edu with questions.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: IMPORTANT: International students will need to receive prior-authorization from the CSU International Center before beginning any experiential activity in the schools. You will need to contact the CSU International Center at 216-687-3910 to complete your CPT training. https://www.csuohio.edu/international/curricular-practical-training Please note that regardless of whether it is a paid experience or not, you will still need clearance from the international office.
